This is really nice. I love that introduction. Yeah, I can really see this in a game. Nice job on that. =D

Your instruments are well-chosen and original. You keep everything about the song fresh, which is nice. This song's unpredictable and consistent at the same time... I like it. =)

You could have worked a little more on the individual volumes of each of the synths/sounds/drums a bit more, but otherwise I have nothing to suggest. Great job with this, I like it a lot. You have my 5. =D

While I'm at it, mind if I suggest you visit my audio page sometime and review my songs? Especially my latest, Phantom Zero. =) I'd appreciate it a lot.

Thanks for the review. Glad you liked it, what I try to do with my songs is to add some taste into them, making them as melodic as I can. I keep hearing techno songs which has got nothing but a few drums and a constant noice, no melodism or anything that makes it sound any good. Also I wish I had more real instruments in my music program so I could do something more dramatic like an orchestra type of thing.

So about the volumes of the instruments, do you mean like maybe I should increase volume of the drums a little, making them sound more powerfull and keep other instruments not from sort of crashing because of the volume differences?

Hmmm.

The beginning sounds fairly amateaurish for what I know you can do, though it gets better as the song goes on.

I've seen better songs for you, that's for sure... I liked Bass It Up 2 more. =P That's not to say this isn't a bad song to begin with... I still like it a lot. =)

Very simple, for one.

The kick feels a bit too simple, and your introduction is too boring. I see five different sounds and instruments used so far... that's not a lot. A bit more diversity would be appreciated. You keep your drums fresh, but not to a good enough degree - more variation with them would be good.

Your bassline needs work, and the other bassline you introduce later on doesn't fit the song at all. Many parts of this song don't fit with the rest and some feel like they were just put there because they sounded cool on their own, rather than cool in the song.

It needs work. Keep trying.

So this is your first one? Well, you have a decent piano melody...I recognize that clap and hihat! I won't take it off your score, since this is the first time you used them, but please, let's see some originality. I can help you find things if you need me to. =)

Your bassline is pretty good, too, though it could use a bit of variation. And then your transition to that pad (which is too high - try lowering it an octave or so) is a bit too quick, so remember that.

Wow, this part's really sounding like a different song entirely now... nice job with that. =D Very different from what your more recent songs.

Gaaahhh, there's that hihat and clap again. I can't stress this enough - if all of your songs are going to be with the same things, you're going to end up getting 0's for Originality all over the place. Work on it! =D

Overall, a pretty good song, especially for your first. It was better than mine, that's for sure. =P

Well, for one, there's that unmistakable Drumr345 style in this... part of it is characterized by the synths you use a bit too often... find something else to use. ;) That hihat, clap and the Orionstring synth. Know what I mean? Try to find something else to use. =)

Not much else to say... though I LOVE the ending. =P Keep submitting! =D

Huh. By "Waiting for Tonight" do you mean the Odyssey? Either way, you're a genius at making these songs. =D I notice a lot of things you used also in the Odyssey... huh. Points off for originality - though that doesn't mean this isn't a great, great song overall. ;)

Your fast, catchy melody is a plus, as is pretty much everything in your song - your attitude and choice in instruments/sounds complement each other, save that synth/pad thing you introduce at 1:36 a bit too quickly for my tastes - it's a good choice, but if you had faded it in, it would have been better.

Overall a really, really good song. Do you know how tempted I am to remix it? XD I would, but I've already remixed a song of yours. Either way, you've got my 5 and download. =D

I'm a big fan of your songs - so this is the first one you made after I made my account. So I'll review it, of course. =)

Well, it's fairly (very) short and I'm not one to review Drum N Bass, but I'll tell you what I think: for one, it's mostly drum and next to no bass - I can't hear whatever melody you've got going. You might want to make that a bit louder. No complaints on the drums. So that's it. =)

You know, you should really get back into making your Dance and Techno songs - you were really good at them while you were still submitting. =) I'd guarantee you a rate/review from me immediately, anyway. =)

How long will it take...

...for you to realize the potential awesomeness this song has to it, even though it's approaching four months of age? =D Honestly, you need to finish this. But how many other people have told you that? ;) Imagine a finished version now that you have four more months of experience under the belt! (And it was great to start with, too. =D )

Well...

For one, the introduction is very unique. =) You could have built on that very nicely for something professional-sounding, but the synth you introduce a moment later ruins the feeling. But let's see how the rest of this song goes.

You've got some very strange and unique melodies going on here. That's going to guarantee your effort score a 10 - however, your other scores are questionable. You don't change much up to the song - I see the same elements used again and again. You could have done more work on this. If you do this song correctly, though, it coul be a masterpiece. ;)
